Introducing B-je Tan!
B-je is a Board-Certified Architect in the Philippines with a secondary Certificate in Interior Design. Her first and boldest venture in Canadian Real Estate was building, interior space planning & designing her own home in South Surrey prior to migrating to Canada in 2001 with her family.
She took courses, earned her Diploma from Blanch MacDonalds, changed careers & opened her own Micropigmentation/Aesthetics business. She excelled in this new career but she continued to crave for something related to houses & interiors, so in 2012, she finally decided to pursue a real estate career. It opened a new niche for her to excel in customer service again. She initiated her practice with Sutton West Coast VanCam. Her very professional, experienced mentor and Sutton West Coast manager recruited her when he opened a new brokerage in Richmond & Vancouver. She joined her mentor at Luxmore Realty, and ever since, she has been awarded several performance recognitions for consecutive years.
After 10 years of practice & after her mentor retired, B-je found a new home at RE/MAX Select Properties and looks forward to serving more families with their lifestyle changes under this highly reputable banner.
